ARAA has joined with the US Auto Recyclers Association and the Auto Recyclers of Canada in adopting the “Green Recycled Parts” brand as a distinctive identifier of environmentally compliant auto recyclers.
Auto recyclers in the USA and Canada have enthusiastically embraced this program as means of evidencing to customers and the community the important role they play in reducing waste and preserving scarce resources.
The Green Recycled Parts program will give Australian auto recyclers an important opportunity to promote their environmental credentials. It will provide our members with the opportunity to impress upon Federal and State environmental agencies the fact that there are many environmentally responsible auto recyclers who do the right thing and deserve to be fully recognised for their efforts in protecting the environment.
